We’re looking for a visionary PPC pro, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive a world-class paid search program with an eye to operational and personnel scalability.
Job Requirements
- Function as a subject matter expert and stay abreast of industry developments
- manage the day-to-day activities of PPC team to support ongoing customer needs with timely, professional service in order to enhance long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- Identify and proactively improve existing operational processes with an eye towards scalability
- Identify and recommend training needs/opportunities internally and externally
- Own escalated client scenarios; understanding client business, identifying solutions and communicating with client/stakeholders

Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
- 2+ years supervisory and leadership experience
- 2+ year in a customer-facing roleKnowledge/Skills
- Proven ability to lead others in a fast paced, team oriented, dynamic and highly cross functional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including ability to present in small and large group settings
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Action-oriented—ability to focus on resolving issues and driving results through others
- Familiarity with alternative inbound marketing channels and how they integrate with PPC
- Excellent ability to engage, influence and negotiate both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and address performance issuesEducation
- 4 year degree is preferred
