The Client Tech Specialist works directly with clients to manage domains and e-mail for FindLaw clients. As part of this role, the Client Tech Specialist provides phone customer support for client existing FindLaw websites. In addition, they work with our internal business partners to troubleshoot and resolve domain and email issues for new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

Domain & DNS
- Technical troubleshooting for DNS issue for internal and external customers
- Domain Repoints, Transfers and other related actions
- Working in multiple Domain Control Panels to make changes to DNS and EmailEmail
- Technical troubleshooting for email issues with POP3, IMAP and webmail
- Setup outlook and other email programs
- Setup mobile devices
- Setup new and existing email accounts and assist with smooth email transition
- Working in multiple Domain Control Panels to make changes to DNS and Email settingsCustomer Support:
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having
- Offer quality service and personal attention to provide a pleasant customer service experience for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain strong call control and handling techniques of both telephone calls and ticketing system
- Ability to provide appropriate level of instructions to clients with limited technical knowledge
- Daily customer follow-up to tickets and emails
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Record details of customer service actions taken in internal log system

Qualifications

Experience
- 4 years experience in a position that involved extensive direct contact with technical individuals or team 2 years experience working with web-based products and services.
- Experience with domain management tools.
- 2 years experience in a position that involved direct contact with end usersKnowledge/Skills
- Internet/Web infrastructure technologies, including DNS, server and email administration
- Strategic thinking and planning Excellent ability to respond to deadline pressures and demonstrate organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong detail orientation Education
- 2 or 4 year college degree
