Directly impact the Lead Solutions Operations team by managing the team of Lead Traffickers. Develop and lead a team to drive the efficient lead delivery established from client contracts and improve overall customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Act as operational manager for CAKE CRM system
- Resolve escalated issues with CAKE
- Serve as liaison of key updates and changes to all stakeholders
- Develop into the go-to CAKE expert
- Provide conflict resolution with customers in partnership with the Sales teams and Associate Channel Managers; providing a positive customer experience while resolving issues and reinforcing customer expectations
- Manage teams’ performance with hands-on support in troubleshooting accounts, testing for quality assurance for new and enhanced campaigns, and effective delivery of leads and the distribution of leads
- Create user-friendly reports for client and internal use
- Access raw data for reporting from CAKE database
- Manage distribution and access to reports to provide timely and meaningful data
- Generate reports with an eye towards usage and revenue reporting
- Lead team on the development progress in new practice areas. Share progress with key stakeholders, identify risks, and execute on mitigation plans.
- Develop and evaluate innovative new knowledge management and related solutions to improve customer workflows
- Monitor performance of lead delivery through usage and revenue tracking, with a focus on strategies for improvement
- Support product launches with support to Sales teams and direct customer support

Experience
5 years of relevant and current management experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficiency in CRMs (CAKE preferred)
- Aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and detail orientationEducation
