Committed to helping law firms achieve success through the creation and delivery of effective digital marketing strategies; FindLaw is expanding its team of Regional Marketing Strategists. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and customer retention in a specific region of the country. You will do this through your extensive knowledge and expertise of integrated digital marketing strategies and your ability to clearly articulate and show value to clients.

Job Requirements
- Formulate and direct integrated marketing strategies, for small law firms to optimally meet their business goals and objectives
- Accountable for revenue growth targets for assigned region
- Provide ongoing consultation, revisit goal/strategy alignment, and adjust as necessary for existing clients
- Develop and present proposals to clients, in partnership with sales team
- Provide prescriptive guidance to fulfillment teams of both the macro level marketing strategy, and implementation of the micro level value drivers (e.g. design, site map, PPC targeting).
- Drive key performance indicators within assigned portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery of value and clearly articulate the return on investment to clients
- Support Account Management in troubleshooting and assist in the retention efforts of clients.
- Responsible for accurate and timely forecasts for assigned region/key clients,
- Track and analyze ongoing marketing programs; evaluate return on investment of programs for key clients and apply learnings to future programs and activity.
- Advance the understanding of digital marketing concepts among the small law firm industry, individual clients, sales consultants, and other internal FindLaw staff. May included speaking engagements, blogging, white paper creation, training sessions etc.

Qualifications

Experience
- 7+ years of Digital Marketing consulting experience
- 5+ years working directly with clients
- Deep knowledge of owned, earned, and paid solution marketing tactics
- Strong analytical experience and expertise with web analytics software
- Have leveraged data and analytics to inform and shape integrated marketing programs
- Experience planning, creating, and managing complex digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated success in consulting with clients to understand/refine business objectives, and create/deploy an integrated, multichannel marketing campaign to address.
- Prior sales, account management and/or marketing consultant experience with proven results
- History of successfully managing a portfolio of highly demanding clientsKnowledge/Skills
- Strong command of Web analytics & industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Site Catalyst, SEM Rush and others
- Ability to develop, sell, and deploy an integrated, multichannel marketing campaign
- Vast knowledge of technology, emerging media and the internet
- Excellent presentation and communications skill
- Strong project management, analytical and prioritization skillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree required
