The Web Conversion Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the application of leading edge core conversion tactics, including but not limited to conversion optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, usability, consumer research, and web analytics. This role will drive business results by cultivating and maintaining leading edge conversion expertise, and leveraging it to strategically consult and guide FindLaw’s broader conversion deployment strategy for small law firm websites. This role will provide portfolio-wide guidance on strategies, tactics, and techniques designed to improve both site conversion (conversion rate) and site engagement (bounce rate, length of visit, depth of visit etc.). This role may also be occasionally called upon to provide pre-sales support for key conversion products and/or assist with escalated client conversion issues.
Job Requirements
- Assisting with the identification and recommendations of portfolio-wide conversion strategies to improve overall performance of FindLaw’s small law firm websites
- Partner with Designers, SEO and Content Writers to test, identify, establish and deploy conversion best practices across the organization
- Support conversion initiatives to drive incremental performance, including but not limited to new tools, new tactics, 3rd party consultants, 3rd party partnerships, continuing education, and performance pilots
- Maintain organizational alignment with other Digital Marketing Experts and partner organizations in other departments to establish a consistent point of view on key conversion issues
- Assist with test plan development and the identification of opportunities for conversion testing & measurement. Partner with analytics group to implement testing and measurement.
- Partner across the organization to assist in the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversion performance
- Provide pre-sales support as necessary for key conversion products
- Provide assistance with analysis, evaluation, and remediation of escalated client issues as necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Experience
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following for conversion: A/B or multivariate testing, usability research, landing page optimization and web analytics
- Experience in testing tools such as Visual Website Optimizer, Test & Target, Google WebSite Optimizer, Optimizely
- Proven success of driving conversion performance as measured by increases in conversion rate and/or measures of site engagement
- Experience with Unbounce or LeadPages a plus
- Proven ability to work directly with clients
- Proven ability to leverage data and expertise to analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate conversion issues programming)Knowledge/Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, analytical and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong knowledge of core/emerging conversion tools, analytics packages, and industry informationEducation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
