Job Requirements
- Responsible for the attainment of sales targets and quota on a monthly basis in assigned territory.
- Consult with Attorneys regarding lead generating strategies and solutions that will meet their business goals and improve their ability to generate additional client business as a part fo a holistic marketing strategy.
- Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling to both current and new Attorney firms.
- Create and maintain sales pipeline status ongoing by maintaining accurate and complete information in selected CRM database including activity, closing, project forecast, close ratios and market intelligence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete line of lead generating products and solutions and how they address customer business issues and needs.
- Work closely with Client Engagement Specialist to ensure smooth post sales onboarding, service, ciustomer satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with Client Development Consultants and Account Management partners to identify and support a focused approach to providing holistic marketing solutions to ensure more and/or better selection of potential legal clients to each Attorney firm.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
- Communicate product and service opportunities, information or feedback gathered through client activity to appropriate internal resources, including relevant business issues and industry information for utilization in development of market specific action plans and sales strategy.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years successful outside sales experience in professional B2B environments
- Previous sales experience in online marketing/advertising environment and lead generation organizations preferred.Knowledge/Skills
- Proven track record of developing new customer accounts requiring heavy prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing ability.
- Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100% or above
- Demonstrated ability to learn a complex product line quickly.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and across boundaries for the success of the business and to ensure customer needs are met.Education
