Committed to helping law firms achieve success through the creation and delivery of effective digital marketing strategies; FindLaw is seeking a Team Lead with expertise in digital marketing. In this role, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals to drive performance for our clients by delivering strategies to help them meet their unique business goals. As a leader, you are responsible for continuously evolving best practices, ensuring quality control, collaborating across departments and employee development and coaching.
Job Requirements:
-Drive a high performing team that delivers holistic digital marketing strategies for clients through multiple channels (i.e. organic SEO, PPC, video, local, social media, design and content)
-Provide timely and ongoing performance feedback, training and development to employees
-Work to understand and streamline internal processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance
-Develop digital marketing best practices and communicate them to the digital marketing, field sales consultants, account managers and fulfillment teams
-Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, develop strategies to help them meet their objectives, analyze program performance and optimize campaigns
-Anticipate client issues with thoughtful, proactive solutions.
-Ability to take complex digital marketing concepts and clearly explain them to others
-Assist team members in formulating personalized self-development plans and goals that motivate, encourage better performance, and support overall FindLaw strategy, objectives, and culture

Qualifications
Experience:
-3 + years of digital marketing experience
-2 + years of people management experience
Knowledge/Skills:
-Proven ability to lead others in a fast paced, team oriented, dynamic and highly cross functional environment
-Action-oriented—ability to focus on resolving issues and driving results through others
-Demonstrates omnichannel digital marketing knowledge
-Experience with multiple analytical tools, both web and spreadsheet-based.
-Strong presentation and communication skills - written and verbal
-Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and address performance issues
-Strong project and time management skills
Education:
-4-Year College Degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
